Rationalle

Commissioned by the Headteacher Strategy Group for projects that support the DLP’s vision and ambitions set through the Working Parties.  Responsible for:

  • Developing the (subject or aspect) priorities of the partnership
  • Supporting the (subject or aspect) Leaders across the partnership
  • Engaging staff in projects to develop the (subject or aspect) area
  • Committing to working together for the good of all the children in our partnership.
  • Facilitating improvements in our focus area through open dialogue, collaborative working, sharing resources, rigorous monitoring, review and evaluation.
  • Supporting each other and share good practice from our own schools for the good of others.
  • Challenging as ‘critical friends’ to secure improvement with a rigorous focus on teaching and learning, including attainment and achievement outcomes.
  • Facilitating opportunities to engage with other staff, governors, pupils, parents and community and drive improvement across our partnership of schools.
  • Engaging the local authority through sharing best practice and working collaboratively, where appropriate.
  • Developing a plan based on local priorities and needs

Membership is determined related to the task/project.  Timescale as required.  May involve presentations to the Trust Board.  Networks allocated a link Headteacher.
